ORDER

Will the sold out items be re-stocked?

We only bring back sold‑out designs if demand is high and they’re not limited editions. Once a limited edition is gone, it’s gone for good so grab your favorites while they last!

Can I request for refund once the order is made?

Yes you can, but it's subjected to a 10% transaction fees that we have to pay to
our payment provider for refunding order.

The transaction fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a
pre-ordered item, sent an email to admin@ghostguard.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Our international shipping is currently limited to the Asia region as well as Australia and New Zealand.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All online orders placed during business days are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

As for orders placed after 12pm on Friday or during the weekend, please allow the order to be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Kindly make sure that there is someone to collect the parcel from your doorstep to avoid any delay. 

Domestic Shipping = 3 - 5 business days.

International Express Shipping = 3 - 5 business days.

International Standard Shipping = 6 - 8 business days.

*Please note that the estimated delivery time only applies for normal delivery
without complication.

How can I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail/sms with a tracking reference and the courier service provider we used to shipped the order. 

Please allow a couple of hours for the tracking detail to register in the system before tracking it because information will not be available immediately. Sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Please also note that once the parcel is passed over to courier service, the handling of the parcel is out of our management.

How much is the delivery fee?

Shipping fees calculator is available on the cart page when you check out. Kindly use it for an accurate quotation for shipping fees.

Why am I charged duties and taxes and what are they?

Duties and sales taxes are import charges that are a part of government policy for your country. Your country will dictate the charges that are payable by the consumer when importing foreign goods.

Sales Taxes are present in most economies and are generally included in the sale price of an item at your local retail store. When purchasing online, the government collects that tax on the way into the country - the seller has not paid them the sales tax because the state of origin is different from the state of destination.

Duties are a government charge for importing goods from a foreign place. These are in place as a disincentive to purchase offshore made goods and encourage local spending.

Therefore, this charge is the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not Ghost Guard (exporter).

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from Singapore By Ghost Guard, but here are a few solutions we can offer:

If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to admin@ghostguardsg.com so we can help you look into this.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if
the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.

Ghost Guard supports passwordless login using a one-time verification code sent to your email address. Simply enter the code to securely access your account,
no password required.

Can I update my account details?

Yes, all you need to do is log-in to your Ghost Guard account and edit them at https://ghostguardsg.com/account/ you can edit your contact information,
manage your addresses.
